Houserules

  1. Check in time is at 12:00h and check out time is at 11:00h.
  2. Luggage storage and laundry service available.
  3. Dont hang your clothes in the balcony or shower room. Use the terrace.
  4. Food in the fridge must be in plastic bags with the name tagged.
  5. Kitchen opening time is from 9.00h to 22.00h. Leave it clean after using it. Smoking patio and terrace will remain locked after 22.00h.
  6. The house is only for guests. For everyones safety, unauthoized guests are not allowed.
  7. Respect our residents by keeping noise to minimum after 22.00h. Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in the room. 
  8. Take care of your valuables. We are not in charge of any personal belongings.
  9. We offer 24 hours reception. For any further information feel free to contact us.
  10. We reserve the right to cancel a booking and ask the guests to leave the premises in the event of any antisocial behaviour.
